The Spiral Sanctuary at Combe Farm is a wonderful peaceful space which was created in 2004 as ‘A Healing Place and a Place for Healing’. Converted from the farm’s old granary building, it even has a beautiful stained glass window made by local artist Ann Pengelly.

The Sanctuary houses the excellent Spiral Centre Library, covering a large range of categories from spirituality to ecology. The space and its books can be explored and enjoyed when attending our events, or is available by appointment for members by contacting Christina Bows on 01297 23822.

The Spiral Sanctuary is the venue for many of our activities including the Resurgence & Ecologist Magazine Discussion Group. It also hosts our annual social evening in January where people can find out more about the Spiral Centre and discuss ideas for our upcoming programme of events.

The Spiral Jottings

The Spiral Jottings newsletter is sent out bi-monthly by email to members about our upcoming events and activities, with follow up emails with any updates at other times.

Spiral Membership

Membership is £5 per year paid annually in January (it is important to us that membership to the Spiral Centre is available to everyone, so if you are in financial hardship and are unable to contribute this amount, but want to be a member please contact us). The payment (or any other donations towards our running costs) can be done by online bank transfer, given in cash at an event or by cheque (make cheques payable to The Spiral Centre Ltd) and post it to us at The Spiral Sanctuary, Combe Farm, Axmouth, Seaton EX12 4AU.
